With
W/Y, CO in FNR on both beds. Hang the comb & weights. K an
inch or 2. Break the yarn with the tail below the beds. There
is no need for the W/Y to have a permanent CO. Simply K the zigzag
R, hang the comb, weights, and K.
Ravel
Cord
To
separate the W/Y from the MC, a R of ravel cord must be knitted
on both beds. Instead of an extremely long ravel cord, it's easier
and better to have 2 ravel cords: 1 on the MB, and 1 on the RB.
Thread
the carriages with the ravel cord. Set the carriages for circular
knitting. K 1 R. Only the MB will K. Depending upon the type of
ravel cord, either cut the cord or unthread it from the carriages.
The tail must be below both beds.
