Jacquard:
Ribber Carriage Settings
This is an easy reference guide
for the different styles of jacquard. The main bed carriage is always
set with both “Part” buttons engaged, except for the
“Complete Tuck”, “Tuck/Slip”, and “Slip/Tuck”
settings.
Striper
Set the ribber carriage to “Normal.”
The ribber knits every R, creating a 2 R stripe of color for each
color of yarn used.
Birdseye
Push up both “Part”
levers. Engage both “Lili” buttons. Regardless of color
on the RB, every K St is surrounded by a Slip St, and every Slip
St is surrounded by a K St.
Half Milano
Push up only the “Part”
lever on the left. Engage only the “Lili” button on
the left. The 1st R, moving the ribber carriage to the right, will
K every St. The 2nd R, moving the ribber carriage to the left, will
slip EOS.
Tuck Birdseye
